Woman2Woman Campaigns & Advocacy Network is a community of individuals and organizations who want to make a difference to breast cancer services, treatment and research by campaigning for improvements.

 

There are many reasons to join any of our committees and become a member. First and foremost, our members can make a difference. The support, information and training that members receive can give you the confidence and knowledge to initiate change.

Joining Woman2Woman is a really simple way to show your support for the campaign for better breast cancer services, meet like-minded people and have fun at the same time. Once you've joined, it's up to you how much, how often and in what ways you would like to be involved.

Woman2Woman members also have opportunities to get involved in other areas of our work, such as helping us improve the information we produce on breast cancer, giving talks in the community about breast cancer, and taking part in fundraising events and activities.

Romelus/Esposito Memorial Fund

  • Conducts fund-raising activities to support individual breast cancer patients/survivors in crisis in your area.

 

Finance

  • Reviews financial procedures and issues of financial management and planning for Woman2Woman.

 

Legislative

  • Plans legislative events and evaluates and reports on proposed legislation as it may affect breast cancer research breast cancer.

 

Membership

  • Maintains current membership records and promotes membership through contact with people who are interested in and /or are currently serving Woman2Woman.

 

Outreach

  • Identifies and implements member-supported projects that benefit breast cancer.

 

Program

  • Identifies and schedules guest speakers who provide knowledge and information relevant to Woman2Woman Breast Cancer Foundation and its members.

 

  • Communications
  • Provides tools to communicate and publicize Woman2Woman Breast Cancer Foundation activities and special events.

 

Scholarship

  • Awards scholarships to outstanding students in programs that benefit breast cancer research and breast cancer.
