Areas of Concern

The focal point of W2WBCF is to provide critical services, especially in undeserved communities where the need is great. Our team of experts determined tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 communities/demographics and have developed programs and services to best fit their needs.  Activities of W2WBCF are monitored closely by our Board of Directors and Advisors.

 

Composition

W2WBCF team of professionals must adapt to handle all scenarios.  In order to maximize the resources available by W2WBCF we must consistently provide relevant and supportive services to our population.  We will continue to ensure that no man or woman faces breast cancer alone by providing emotional and financial support. Teaming with facilities and organization who are in harmony with W2WBCF goals, will assist W2WBCF to reach and maintain a high standard of services for all who walk through our doors. 

 

Voucher and Funding Program -20% of W2WBCF Funds

In order to continue to reach into the soul and heart of our communities we must continue to provide financial assistance, support and education to those who are in need.  Through this mechanism we are in need of reaching our high-risk communities to make a high impact by providing them with mammogram assistance, ultrasound assistance, biopsy assistance, and co-pay assistance.  In order to do this we need to reach our goal this year of $250,000.  Our priority area this year is biopsies.  Through our voucher and funding program we are able to provide these services. 

 

Reserve - 10% of W2WBCF Funds

This portion of the funds will be used to sustain W2WBCF initiative and also to provide a contingency fund of unexpected opportunities or expenses.
